Igniting an Old Flame

A passion for me in some form or fashion has always been decorating, but with "aspirations to climb the corporate ladder". I had found my time very limited, and the decorating of my past had become "more task focused, and less relaxing and joyful." I have made many changes over the last few months, and find myself slipping gently into the joyful mode of decorator serenity.

This new found bliss is quite stabilizing and comfortable. It reminds me of a cozy blanket, thrown in the closet and once forgotten-only to be found with that same gentle warn but warmth exterior. My decorating of today never felt so right. So there's hope that all is not lost, and we all can find our way back to a passion from our past. Life is very much about the day to day struggles, but also about the fire within our "souls" that keeps us living! Find your passion again, just as I have found mine, and I'm sure you'll learn and experience new and old things alike. They will be things that are so worth it- large or small they will challenge you and make you think...more than that they will ignite that creative flame that exists within all of us. Find your passion again, and I can assure you it will be well worth it!
